At Mack & Associates, LLC, you are not hiring an attorney, you are hiring a law firm. We take a team approach when representing clients. While a particular attorney may take the lead on your case, our office employs a range of professionals with varying levels of experience and credentials. The scope of our attorneys and staff to delegate tasks in a manner that allows us to competently carry out representation in the most cost effective manner available to us.

Do all cases go to trial?
All cases do not go to trial. From a statistical perspective, most cases filed in any court in the United States are more likely to settle than not. This is for a variety of reasons. While we have video conferencing capabilities for clients from all over the Kansas City, KS metropolitan, many clients prefer to meet in person. We have Kansas office locations in Leawood, Topeka, Dodge City, Lawrence, and Wichita. We can meet with you at the location most convenient for you.
