I was born and raised in Southern Utah in a small town called Cedar City. I moved to Topeka about a year ago with my wife and four children to attend law school at Washburn University. After working in the HVAC industry for 13 years I decided to change career paths and went back to school to finish my bachelors degree and now on to law school. I just finished my first year at Washburn. I have four children ages 3, 9, 11, and 14.
I have a Bachelors of Science in Political Science and a Minor in Legal studies from Southern Utah University. I was drawn to the field of law because I like the idea of being able to help people who need a voice and representation in the legal world. When I'm not at work, I love anything to do with being in the outdoors and just spending time with my family.
