Cole Bailey was born and raised in Topeka Kansas. He went to high school at Shawnee Heights and attended Undergrad at the University of Kansas. At Kansas University he went to business school with a focus finance and economics. Cole became interested in practicing law when he realized he liked helping and interacting with people. Cole received his J.D. from the Washburn University School of Law. While attending the Washburn Law he spent most of his time in the law clinic developing small businesses in the community.
At Mack & Associates, Cole is the newest attorney in the group and represents clients in various estate planning matters. He routinely prepares simple estate plans as well as very complex trusts for all sorts of different individuals. Cole finds his work to be very satisfying when he can help someone plan for their future and loved ones. Aside from estate planning, Cole represents clients in probate, building plan management, landlord tenant law, contract negotiation, bankruptcy and credit repair.
Outside of the office Cole likes to spend most of his time playing city league basketball, slow-pitch softball and golfing.
